Benny Joy (born Benjamin Eidson November 5, 1935 - died October 24, 1988) was an American rockabilly guitarist and singer who released three singles in his recording career, and was popular regionally in Florida. As a result of the rockabilly revival in England, Joy's material was met with renewed interest.
Joy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, soon moving with his family to Tampa Bay, Florida where he was taught to play guitar by his neighbors. He performed on the local music club circuit, quickly gaining a reputation for his spontaneous dancing theatrics, and meeting contemporary guitarist Big John Taylor. The manager of the independent record label TRI-DEC Records, Daz Dodds, was encouraged to sign the two musicians, which resulted in several demos accompanied by Taylor, including Joy's best-known song "Spin the Bottle" being released as a single in 1957 to regional success. Much of Joy's material from the recording sessions, which was mostly self-composed, such as "Little Red Book", "Hey High School Baby" and "Miss Bobby Sox" had a common theme revolved around teenage angst.

A-Love is a female Australian-based MC from Melbourne. Her debut album, Ace of Hearts was nominated 'Best Urban Release' in the ARIA Music Awards of 2008.
A-Love was born Antonella Formosa in Rome, Italy on 21 March 1983. Formosa's father, Ric Formosa, a composer/arranger and an original member (lead guitarist) with the Australian band Little River Band and her mother, Vicki Formosa, was an R&B singer.
She attended Hawthorn Secondary College, graduating in 1999. Whilst her first experiences of playing music were with an all-girl band, which never made any public performances, she also discovered hip hop in high school and soon found herself waxing lyrical over beats.
In January 2000, Formosa met Draino from the Puah Hedz. He was keen to check out her writing and despite her reluctance, he made her feature on a track. The second track that she had ever recorded was with Muphin, which later became "Some People" which featured on the album Despite the Odds. She has since appeared numerous times on Triple J's 'The Hip Hop Show', PBS' 'The Formula' (now 'Hittin Switches') and 'Auscultation', RRR's 'Wordburner' and RMIT University's SRA FM. She was progressing towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from La Trobe University and for two years she was the co-host of a hip hop radio show at La Trobe University.

"A Dream" is a single by rapper Common from the soundtrack to Freedom Writers. It is produced by will.i.am, who also sings the song's chorus. The song heavily samples Martin Luther King Jr.'s historical "I Have a Dream" speech, which relates to the song's lyrics about racism. The single release of "A Dream" includes two will.i.am tracks, "Colors" and "Bus Ride."
The video for the single contains scenes from the Freedom Writers movie (many of which feature Hilary Swank, its lead actress), mixed with partially animated sequences featuring will.i.am singing on a podium and Common rapping in hallways and rooms in front of stylized images of both the Holocaust and the Civil Rights Movement. Television footage of the "I Have a Dream" speech is displayed on monitors throughout the video. The imagery is intended to reinforce the song's messages of perseverance in the face of discrimination, and hopes for a more racially tolerant world.
Dark Angel, Dark Angel, I know you've come for me I know you've come to claim my soul for all eternity I just had a vision, deep down in my mind As I felt that bullet hit my head But I need just a little more time Dark Angel, Dark Angel, I need a little more time
For I am still a young man, restless as I can be I've still got so much to learn, so much to do and see A woman made a fool of me, but I still love her so She drove me to this suicide, but I'm just not ready to go I'm just not ready to go, I'm just not ready to go
Dark Angel, Dark Angel, I know you've come for me I know you've come to assist my change in personality My breath is getting shorter now And day has turned to night But I'm not ready to leave this world So please don't take my life Dark Angel, Dark Angel, please don't take my life
My mind's been so tormented, she treated me so cold I wanted to possess that woman, heart, body and soul When I saw her with another man She made me break down and cry In a jealous rage I pulled that trigger But I really don't want to die I really don't want to die, I really don't want to die
Dark Angel, Dark Angel, I know you've come for me I can see you standing at the gates of all infinity But what's this? I'm regaining consciousness I'm in a hospital And they tell me that's it's not the end Dark Angel, Dark Angel I wanna thank you And I'll never shoot myself again
